Livia and Samim live in Toronto, but chose Italy for a wedding that felt timeless and deeply personal. In July, surrounded by the soft hills of Bassano Romano, they celebrated their love at Casina di Poggio della Rota, a charming venue nestled in the Lazio countryside, overlooking the inland hills.The day began in the venue's sunlit suite, where Livia got ready in a calm and elegant atmosphere. When her Italian bridesmaids saw her in her gown for the first time, the room filled with emotion. Her father's proud gaze before walking her to the ceremony added another heartfelt layer.The outdoor civil ceremony followed an American-style format, with the couple and their party standing among lush florals by Paris Fiori. The harmony in colors and styling made the scene effortlessly editorial.After the ceremony, Livia and Samim enjoyed a quiet moment together—allowing us to capture some of the most elegant and emotional portraits of the day.As the sun set, guests gathered poolside for an aperitif curated by La Squisiteria, filled with laughter, spritz and Italian flavors. 
Dinner followed indoors, warmly lit and intimate, enriched by speeches and candlelight, the evening ended with a magical first dance beneath a canopy of lights and sparklers held by guests,
